Through its “Summer at Milestone” programming, the McKinney location will host a lineup of high-energy events designed to help children and students grow in faith while forming lasting relationships. With dynamic summer camps and an engaging Vacation Bible School, families in the McKinney area can expect a season full of meaningful opportunities.
Summer at Milestone is about more than just activities—it’s a chance for kids and teens to experience life-transforming moments that leave a lasting spiritual imprint. These events are specifically crafted to meet children and students where they are, offering age-appropriate teachings, vibrant worship, and hands-on experiences that bring biblical truths to life. With strong community involvement and an experienced team of leaders and volunteers, Milestone McKinney is ready to serve the next generation in a powerful way this summer.
Middle School Summer Camp: June 6–9, 2025: Middle School Camp runs June 6–9 at Lakeview Camp and Retreat Center in Waxahachie, TX. This four-day retreat is open to students entering grades 6 through 8 and features worship, breakout sessions, and tribe competitions that foster connection and growth. The $319 fee includes meals, lodging, transportation, and all activities. It’s a fun and focused environment where middle schoolers are encouraged to take steps in their faith and form meaningful friendships with peers and mentors.
High School Summer Camp: July 23–27, 2025: High School Camp takes place July 23–27 at LoneHollow Ranch in Utopia, TX, and is designed for students entering grades 9 through 12. This immersive, five-day event includes powerful worship experiences, relevant teaching, and outdoor adventures. Priced at $389, the camp offers a rare opportunity for students to unplug from everyday pressures and fully engage in personal and spiritual growth. It’s a highlight of the year for many students and often becomes a turning point in their walk with God.
Vacation Bible School: June 24–26, 2025: Children entering kindergarten through 3rd grade for the 2025–2026 school year are invited to join Vacation Bible School at Milestone McKinney from June 24–26, held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at 601 S. Graves Street. VBS includes worship, Bible stories, games, crafts, and group activities—all designed to introduce children to God’s love in a fun, interactive way. Each child will receive a free VBS t-shirt and plenty of memories to take home. It’s an ideal first step for families exploring faith together.
Forty5 Camp: June 12–15, 2025 for 4th and 5th Graders: Milestone McKinney is offering an exciting experience for students entering 4th and 5th grade—Forty5 Camp, happening June 12–15 at Lake Lavon in Princeton, TX. With four days of worship, small groups, high-energy games, and relationship-building, Forty5 Camp gives students the chance to encounter Jesus in a fun, age-appropriate setting. Registration is $350 and includes all activities, lodging, and meals for a camp designed to help preteens grow spiritually and connect with peers.
